How do we get more information on catering?
Email [email protected] with your date, guest count, activities, timing, catering ideas, allergies and cake plans. For larger groups, ask before the visit so tables, food and activity reservations can be planned together.
What is included in an activity reservation?
Activity bookings include nearby table space: football bowling has one 8-seat table, axe lanes have two tables with 12 seats, and golf bays have one 4-seat table. Dining-only tables are reserved separately.
How long do football bowling games last?
Most football bowling games run 10-15 minutes. Groups usually get several rounds in an hour, depending on size and pace.
How early should we arrive?
Arrive 15-30 minutes early for waivers, payments and check-in, especially for axe throwing, the mechanical bull or multiple activities.
Do we need a waiver for axe throwing?
Yes. Axe throwing guests sign a waiver online or at check-in. Send the waiver link ahead for groups so play time starts faster.
How big can parties be?
On The Dunes can host small birthdays and large events up to 500 guests. Call before choosing a date so staff can match the activity mix, tables and food plan.
Can we bring outside food and drink?
Outside food and drink is not permitted, except store-bought cake or cupcakes for birthdays. For larger parties, ask about food options or catering when you book.
Are golf rental sets available?
Yes. Golf rental sets are $10 each; ask when you reserve the bay if anyone in your group needs clubs.
How do I know what is available?
Book golf simulators at https://otd.golf. For group activities and events, call (248) 313-9713 or email [email protected]. Reach out when you need multiple lanes, food or back-to-back activities.
How long does a round take in the golf simulators?
Plan about an hour per person for 18 holes, or 30 minutes for nine. Add time for extra players, newer golfers or food and drinks.
Is there food and drink service in the golf area?
Yes. Servers come through during golf reservations, so groups can order food and drinks while they play.
